1. Introduction

Welcome to Status Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, interacting with our 3D visualization engine, or purchasing our contemporary collectibles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of Goods & Collectibles

Status Co. curates and produces limited-edition, collectible art, and design objects. Many of our products are handcrafted, unique, or produced in small batches by independent artists and designers.

Handmade Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight imperfections, irregularities, or variations in finish, texture, and color are to be expected. These are not defects but are inherent characteristics that contribute to the uniqueness and value of each piece.

3. Digital Representation & 3D Visualization

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Illustrative Purposes Only: The images, 3D models, augmented reality (AR) views, and digital renders displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and textures of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display or the 3D rendering engine reflects the physical item with 100% precision.

• Color Accuracy: Digital screens and lighting conditions in the 3D viewer may alter the perceived color of materials (e.g., metals, fabrics, ceramics).
• Scale & Dimension: While 3D models are built to scale, their appearance in a digital environment or AR may vary slightly from the physical object's presence in a real space.
• Material Texture: Digital textures are simulations. The tactile quality and exact surface detail of the physical object may differ from the digital representation.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the physical product may vary slightly from its digital representation.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise noted.

Taxes & Duties:
For orders within Turkey: VAT is included or calculated at checkout.
For International orders: You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by your country. Status Co. has no control over these charges.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Made-to-Order Items: Some of our collectibles are made-to-order. Production times for these items will be specified on the product page or communicating via email. Please allow for this production time in addition to shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments or shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our items:

• Standard Returns: You may request a return for ready-to-ship items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom / Made-to-Order: Items that are made-to-order, customized, or commissioned are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Status Co. and its licensors.

3D Assets: The 3D models, GLB files, and digital assets utilized on this website are proprietary creations. Unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, downloading, or commercial use of these digital assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul or Antalya, Türkiye.
